Catching a jumbo perch (pic) - guide

1. Go fishing where you don't think there are perch

- Mississippi backwaters by wabasha.

2. Cast and troll 3/4 oz spinnerbaits for another species e.g. Pike

3. Catch Jumbo Perch when you least expect it.

Measured a bit over 12 inches. Biggest perch I've ever caught.

Also caught a bunch of nice pike. Here is a representative image of one from yesterday.
