golden or immature bald eagle?

I took this photo fairly far up north last week and i believe that it is an immature bald eagle but the others in my party believe that it may be a golden eagle. . . . which one is it?

Neither. It's an Osprey.

it seemed too large to be an osprey considering it was larger.. . at least appeared larger. . than the mature bald eagle that was around it. . . ospreys also have small black beaks compared to this large yellow one. . .

It's an immature bald. Looks like a 2nd year bird. Immatures of both eagle species have broader wings and longer tails than adults. Second year eagles keep their longer juvenile feathers as they develop shorter adult feathers, and in flight the trailing portions of their wings look ragged and uneven compared with adults.
