Get rid of the old gas and start with new stuff. Add seafoam to the gas also, at the max concentration or maybe just a touch more, take it out to the lake and get her running wide open for a good long (20-30 minutes) time, that should help clean out the carbs a little, probably wouldn't hurt to change the plugs also.

They say that the shelf life for gas nowadays is 25-30 days.

So as stated above I would drain it all, put in new gas, add a little sea foam, and if th plugs aren't that new a change could help.

Also keep in mind that if you add too much sea foam it can also make your motor run like junk.

Once the gas is old thats it. Use a fuel stabilizer along with unoxygenated gas for prolonged storage.
About the flooding at low speeds. Best thing to do is start out with fresh gas and a new set of plugs. If theres still a problem use your idle/low speed adjustment.
