If you were fishing gorman lake in Lesueur county the co has given out alot of warnings. They have been getting alot of stricter lately i always make a point to turn my lights on before sunset . I was out one night I waited til the last minute and i fished for about another hour I got reamed real good the co was watching me on shore someplace he knew exactly when i turned them on.

The guy who gave me the ticket was a very young kid with an older gentleman(was in training) - my buddy said that he knew who the older guy was and if he would have been by himself he would have been lucky to be on the lake in the first place. But the new guy is there to do his job and so I kinda knew I was up the creek. Oh well can't blame him.

Forget the fine. You are lucky to be alive. Lights on at dusk. If they are not working you head for home or shore. You will get a warning from a co if thats the case. I will spend the rest of my life trying to pay your family off for your mistake after I collide with you. I can understand someone saying there was no boat traffic and I took a chance at being run over because of the bugs but bumped a switch? Pay the fine and be happy some lawyer is not jumping on your bandwagon.(for your next of kin).
