Killer eels

Recommended Posts

This question was asked a few months back...if you do a search, you could find more info.

Anyways, I have one that I bought last season...never caught anything on it yet...BUT..that does not mean its a good bait to have in your box. I have a few friends that have done well on them. I think its a bait worth having in the tackle box. Good luck.

Cliffy.

I use both the 13" and the 8" quite a bit.I was turned on to them by Gregg Thomas a few years ago.I work the 13 a bit slower, more like a traditional glider. The 8 works great as a twitch bait, with occassional pauses.Very durable rubber will last on multiple fish too.Easy to fish,it's my daughters favorite bait. You can't work 'em wrong. I have the 8" model and I love the action but so far the fish haven't been to impressed with it. Though I haven't given it as much time in the water as my suick. Like Steve said you can't work it wrong and that makes fishing it that much easier.

Very versatile bait... Can be worked in an endless amount of ways to cover a variety of different areas you might fish or conditions you might face while out on the water... The 8 inchers work great for pike as well!!!

If you do start fishing them, one thing to keep in mind is that these baits seem to work much better with a floro leader...
