Crazy Crow

I was up at my parents this past weekend (Near Cook). They have a Crow that won't leave them alone. They had to board up all their windows. Any open window space and there is the crow pecking away for hours, and not only pecking, buy cawing. I've heard of woodpeckers doing this.....but crows?

Ever hear of this?
