building a drop down

I am thinking about building a drop down. Oh but where to start. Where does everyone find theyre materials? Hole covers, furnace, doors, windows,dinettes etc. Aluminum studs or wood. What size if you go with wood. Thanks much for any help.

I could give you a bunch of links for fish house supplies but It'd prolly get deleted. I bet if you search for fish house supplies on the internet you'd find a few links.

I bought my door from a place out of buffalo. Furnace (empire) i'll pick up out of watertown. Windows, I used basement casement windows from Menards.

I ended up using 2x2's for my walls, with 2x4 corners.
