More Trail Cam Pics - Antler Growth

Recommended Posts

Here are some more pics from my camera that I downloaded over the weekend. Most of these are cropped so you can get a better picture of the deer versus the landscape.

I like the first one because this young buck is posing for the camera. I'm assuming these are all yearlings. But you can see the one's antlers growing.

In this next one, you can see two of them have antler growth, the two on the right. I can't find any on the one on the left in any of the other pictures so I'm assuming its a young doe.

Here's the supposed doe again. This deer's body looks more sleek and different than most of the young does I've seen come through though. She's licking a salt lick, one of a few that I've busted up with a sledge hammer and scattered around this core area. I've noticed some of them have got hit pretty hard. I can honestly see tongue grooves in them!

Dang BLB that guy does have some potential. Nice thick bases of those horns growing. I hope something like that starts walking by my trail cam but around here the bucks usually get blasted when they're a yearling during shotgun season. I'm hoping that with all the little bucks I've been seeing one or two will make it into their second year so I get a shot at one with my bow.

I sure hope it is HE!

I have another pic of what looks like it could be him, but he is running past the camera about 30 or 40 ft away. You can see mass on his head, but now new updates on him.

I do however have a couple other different bucks that I will post later.
