0 CALVINIST
I recently put a small .5 inch chip on the prop of my trolling motor. It does not have the power it once had, and even shakes a little bit. Do you think that chip could influence performance that much? Should I replace it? Thanks. ------------------ <><<><Calvinist ><>><>
0 delmuts
another reason to replace the prop asap. if it shaking; you are puttiing severe stress on the bearing in the motor. del

0 Deitz Dittrich
I'm going to have to go with yes and yes... a chip can deffinatly put it out of ballance, make it less weedless, loose power.. ALL OF THE ABOVE...get a new prop bud!
0 Deitz Dittrich
I thought about that as well delmuts, thats if they wernt already damaged when the "chip" was made.. hence the wobble.. but I was hoping it was just the chip.
