Hey Guys,

My favorite fishing time of year has hit on the Big V. The smallmouth have made the big move to the shallow water and the bite is on!!!!! Vermilion would be a great choice for the bass opener, even though we have been open since the 13th.

Side note:

Dietz--- I see you are now a moderator on Vermilion forum. Are you going to be up here soon?

Doug- Not sure.. We usually head up soon after school is out. HOwever, not sure if that is in the cards this year or not.. I LOVE FISHING THE BIG V... got my largest pike out of that lake...

and if you look.. I am a moderator in every forum.. LOL shocked.giftongue.gif
