hey guys,just thinking about opener and some of the stuff i should bring and i was just wondering what are some things you guys wouldnt leave the house without on opener and also what method you will be using on opener ONLY 3 DAYS,3HRS,17MIN'S,12 SEC'S LEFT CANT WAIT

alarm clock,toilet paper,rain gear,ice,spare boat plug and tire/bearing kit,good luck fishing.

Plain Gamakatsu size 6 or 8 hooks, split shots, beer, sunflower seeds, twinkies, beer, cribbage board, beer, rain gear, lively shiners, and some ice for the beer. You also might want to check the trusty FM countdown timer so you don't get busted for walleye fishing 1 day before the opener! 4 days, 2H, 22M, 11S till opener~Dan

Coffee, license and all the gear I've got!

I'm going to start out night fishing, so I'll be starting with cranks and maybe some glow jigs with minnows or plastics. Once the sun starts to come up and my other family members join me, I'll be pitching jig/minnow and/or a jig/plastic.

Don't forget a snowmobile suit and facemask...40 and snowing up north for opener..I am sure the wind will be blowing a zillion miles an hour too...it has been the 3rd warmest spring on record, yet when it comes to fishing opener weekend...stalled out cold front with rain, snow, and winds...I hate this state sometimes!!!!!
