Hard Times and Curiosity-Steelhead

Just Curious, Did anything come in when the rivers rose again there in the start of May on the lower shore? I've heard about a second late run of fish, any luck? The rivers cooled down, were stained, looked perfect! I personally fished May 1st on the lowershore without any luck however. Prior to, during the last weekend in April, I did fight the crowds towards GM and beyond and landed some nice Steelies, Chrome!! Having a hard time letting go of Steelhead fishing, I'll be coming back up this weekend. Is it worth my time to fish the feeders for brookies instead of Steelhead? What's the upper Baptism like? Where's the best place to put a girlfriend into some brookies?
