I am trying to make my own Spinner snells with a stinger hook about 3 inches behind the lead hook. I am finding that trying to tie the Snell Knot with this 14# Vanish is kind of like trying to run a wet noodle up a wild cats thingie. Anyone have another method for tying snells with stinger? Also I was planning on using just a single hook for the stinger instead of a treble hook because it seems the treble would grab a lot of weeds and things. Does most of you use a trebel or single hook? And what size of treble? Thanks

You might want to try and buy the Owner walleye crawler harnesses - they are just as you described with the stinger 3 in down on a single hook. Have red hooks and a glow beed on the stinger. That way you can spend more time assembling your spinners!
