help with Tica Caiman reel

My reel will cast fine and it will engage, but once I put a load on the reel it will slip. I would like to fix it but I'm not sure what to look for. Also, if anyone knows where I could get parts for the Tica Caiman please let me know. Thanks guys

Is it a problem with the reel or is the line slipping on the spool? Let me guess that you have a superbraid on the reel.

Yes I'm using a superbraid. The problem is in the reel. I didn't do a very good job descibing the problem. After the cast and I turn the crank it will engage, but after about 4 or 5 cranks it feels and sounds like gears are grinding and it disengages. I'm guessing the free spool button is sticking or something. I've oiled the dump out it and it doesn't seem to help.
