One lot is Sold! Better hurry on the other lot! I watched a Large Tom Turkey strutting on the lot that is left this morning!

Cory, since the lot is close to the St. Croix does it have that slow rolling river bottom terrain? You know what I mean; sloped out nice and slow while still wooded pretty heavy? Bluffy Thats it, is it Bluffy?

Hey Jon!

Good question! No this lot is flat, BUT, it perks for a standard trench septic system (not a mound) which is rare in these parts! It also can easily accomadate a full basement.

Oh, it’s high and dry. Makes the building cost drop nicely, especially without a high buck mound system and not having to completely re-level the place to keep things dry.
