Dbl
Love that first shot jonny. Don't you just love all the opportunities spring brings?

MarchelRipley1
I haven't delved too much into macro photography, but I certainly can appreciate these pictures as Crawdads are very jumpy creatures, a the right claw movement in the middle picture seems to indicate. Steve Foss
Good stuff, Mr. Redhorse. If your camera allows a polarizer, you might give that a shot. It'll cut way back on the glare off wet object like carapaces in sun, and will help saturate color, as well. Of course, you might lose a stop or two, meaning a person better cut down on the caffeine! jonny_redhorse
Thanks steve!......I never thought of a polarizer for those close-up shots!....of course blue sky scenery shots ...yes... but didn't realize one certainly could use it on other shots as well......I'm learning ...no doubt cuts down on the "glare" somewhat and deepens the colors in spots....thanks for the tip Steve....... jonny
