I was in Rocky Mountain National Park for a day on my way back from Canyonlands NP and had the chance to take some photos of some scrubby looking elk (losing their winter coats) and a coyote. They were all taken with a Canon 200mm f/4.0L series lens.

Sure must be nice to get off this time of the year for a little R & R.(just kidding) The elk sure look tough now, but the coyote looks to be in good shape.
