Random guy
Many of you have viewed my advertising and read through some of my posts about the home purchase or refinance process. Some of you have even emailed or called with mortgage questions that I am always more than happy to answer. However, I am very seldom asked about what type of business man I am or how I go about treating my clients. This I feel is a very important if not the most important factor in the mortgage business. I am working with one of the biggest investments of your life; you need someone you can trust and count on to handle this professionally and efficiently, all while putting your interests first. This is a responsibility I do not take lightly.I tried to figure out a way to convey how I truly appreciate each and every one of my clients. It has been difficult to put into words how my “broker-client” relationships have developed. In attempts to verify my customers’ satisfaction with the work I have done for them I went through last year’s records, notes and letters looking for constructive criticism or words of appreciation from my customers. This is what I found:I wanted to post a big thank you and recommendation on the site for Jon Petrowske at Midwest Lending. He did a great job for us while we were looking at refinancing our home. He had great communication with us and took the time to find us the best deal. My wife and I truly appreciated his effort!! If you need help with this type of business, I would strongly recommend Jon. – troutchaserI just wanted to say that Jon Petrowske joining our team here at has been an incredibly positive one! Our first transaction we had together was a challenging one, which we did intentionally to get a feel for how Jon would treat our clients! Needless to say he passed with flying colors! Our association with Midwest Lending enables us to better serve you! If you are thinking of buying or selling your home please give us a call! With our "Team" approach we can guarantee that you will have a fantastic experience! – Cory Frantzick (coryntracysellhomes) Had I to do it over again I wouldn't hesitate to throw Jon my business. - dtro If anyone out there is looking for a real good guy to deal with, not the typical "loan guy" who is more interested in his welfare then yours, Jon is the man to go to. He has been great to me, would be to you too. -wolfboy630I fished with Jon the other day and having recentlyrefinanced myself, talk of refinancing came up. I wasimpressed with the knowledge and customer servicethat Jon gives to each of his customers. Jon is a guythat cares for his customers and works with them tofind the right programs for them. He works to keep hiscustomers for life. I will be calling PetrowskeLending the next time I need a mortgage or torefinance. - Dennis Steele I just wanted to let everyone know what exceptional service I have received from Jon. I recently closed on a new home that couldn’t have gone better. My situation was a rather complicated one in which I had numerous concerns and questions. Jon always responded quickly and clearly too all my requests. He has a vast knowledge of the mortgage industry and comes highly recommended by myself. -GregMoose
Gus
I can only add to some of the comments Jon just listed. My wife and I recently refinanced our home with Jon and Midwest Lending. The entire experience, from my first email to the follow up phone call a week after the closing just to make sure we didn't have any other questions, was incredible. Jon is great at what he does and it shows. He is incredibly customer orientated and knows his industry! Jon takes care of all the little things, works with you again and again to make sure you you are choosing the correct path, and always returned my emails or phone calls pronto. I'm a very happy customer and will continue to use Jon in the future. I suggest you give him a call. Believe it or not, buying or refinancing a home can be a positive experience! I know I never would have believed that until I worked with Jon. Thanks again,Gus

Jay R
I will gladly add a response to this post. My wife and I recently did a refinance project and we used Jon's service. First and foremost better response and follow up than my own local small town bank, who I have had a working relationship with for several years. (trust me they heard about this and offered a few apologies, big fish small pond syndrome I assume), secondly his rate was 1/2 percent better than the others, and that means $$$$ in my pocket. Overall we were extremly satisfied and I would recommend his service to anyone. Thanks Jon for a smooth transaction, fast answers and keeping your word. Trust and relationships still carry weight no matter what business you are involved with. Thanks Again!Jay Rehder
jesiems
I recently just had the pleasure of going through Jon. My wife and I are in the process of doing a remodel to our home. The family is growing and the house wasn't, so Jon hooked us up. Like others have stated, from the first email, first call, to the last email and last call, nothing but professionalism. And what is nice about dealing with Jon is that he's a redneck at heart, (but stuck in the cities), so he definatley is down to earth. Thanks again Jon.Jason
