Tag transfer, thoughts.

I was drawn for this seasons turkey hunt in MN. Due to some circumstances I might not be able to participate in the hunt. Now I know some guys that didn't get drawn for this years hunt and am wondering if there should be some kind of tag transfer available to residents only. Would this cause some kind of bidding war, with people selling tags or would we be able to police ourselves and help out someone who would love the opportunity while not wasting a tag? What are others thoughts on this?

No. I believe your intentions are true,but

Absolutely too many ways to violate this one.

For example. I apply for the A season and apply for later seasons in another person's name. Do not get the A season, simply transfer someone elses license to me.

You may want to contact your local DNR officer on this one. Wouldn't want to see a good man go down!! Just a suggestion.
