Otter's Great Customer Service

I have an Otter Lodge fish house that I purchased in January and upon cleanup the other day i noticed that the canvas was seperating at the front underneath the door were the velro attaches.

I contacted Otter via E-mail and am superbly impressed. They immediately asked if I could bring in the canvas so they could replace it, I was not sure when my next available day was and the said no problem we'll ship it out and send a call tag so that the old canvas can be picked up.

This was my first Otter product, they just guaranteed that when I purchase my single man house in the fall it will be from Otter.
