Devils Lake ice and fishing?

this will be my first time up there and just wondering how ice is and how the fishing is going? And what certain fish are biting on? Looking to do a 3 day trip up there has a b-day present from my wife! Any and all info will great!!

I haven't been up to Devils Lake yet, but am planning a trip in the middle of March.

I have heard that the walleyes and northern are bitting pretty good lately... check out one of Jeff Dosch's posts in this forum for the latest information...
