2006 Deer tags

Does anyone know if the Game and Fish has released the amount of tags for this upcoming season? Also,wondering if your lawmakers meet this year or if this one is the off year?I havent seen anything on thier web page.

I think this is their year off (they worked so hard last year they get the year off I think)

Anyway, no, they have not announced yet the number of licenses availble.. I heard that the governer has to approve the hunting proclomation in the next month or so, and that's when the number of available licenses will be published.

One big change (for me at least) is that I've heard they're getting rid of the split seasons (early / late season) that they had in 3C and 2B...

I would think that the number of tags will not change in my area(2G1) as the deer herd looks to be pretty healthy even after the last 2 years.We cant shoot them fast enough. Thanks for the info.
