ratherbefishn
I have a arctic cat 400 and was thinking about putting some camo on it. Arctic cat sells a 7 oz urethane coated poly that will cover the fenders,pod,ect... Has anyone used this on there wheelers??? Wondering how long it last and the quality I get from it. I got a great deal on the wheeler because it was the last 05 but it is red and I sure would like camo.
Dave
If I wanted a camo machine, I think I'd check around to see who sells a camo tape kit. I'm not sure who has them on the market nowadays. Depending on how/where you'll be riding, I would think mud/grime would get under the camo skin and dull the finish from rubbing. That's just my opinion though. Big D 1
A buddy of mine went to Cabela's and purchased camo cloth that sticks to the machine for like 60 bucks, says it looks great, sticks well
ratherbefishn
This stuff is a coated polyester that tapes on like a decal. But like you say Dave its going to go thru some tests and I hate to spend 150 bucks and not have it hold or stand up to a little weather. The nice part is it is a custom fit. Dave
Oh, so it is a tape on product. I haven't looked closely at all the new stuff in awhile. The last time, and they might still have it, was some cloth panels that strapped or velcro'd on.
