Dave B
Dons Chuckwagon w/ 1.5 cans of beer or Golden Dip w/ 1 can works pretty darn good. Nice, thinner beer batter, just a nice coating and crisp, not real bready. We got some frozen pollock this week and some shrimp and dumped them in the turkey fryer with basic Golden Dip. It was DARN good. At $2-$3lb for frozen pollock, not need to eat walleye.
blue_healer_guy
Steve, can't beat this one. Beer, Fry Krisp(batter), dash of seasoning salt, garlic salt and lemon pepper. Mix beer and fry krisp so it drips off the fillet, hot oil and man-o-man, good stuff. The batter is lite and tastes alot like long john silvers. Hope that didn't turn anybody off
