Has anybody been getting any action in the Morson area lately?

I fished appox 15 miles out from Morson north of big island area on Monday afternoon Feb 13. We hammered the walleyes fishing off a reef in 18ft of water lots of 16, 17 inchers with the biggest being 25 inches. The crappies have been slow all year but catchable. Trout have been hot since the opener.

I havent fished out of Morson yet this winter but a friend of mine said he did good on walleyes, he didn't say where he went, how deep, or anything. I s'pose this cold snap will change things. I usually been up fishing a few times by now but i never heard of any decent reports so i just haven't had the desire to go. For walleye or crappies. I've been up more lakers than I have walleyes. I think there is a derby in Morson on the 25th of this month. I might go check it out, probably wont fish but more less just go for a ride and b.s with some friends along the way. Brian
