Butt seat

Scoot

Question

I'd like to get a butt seat for my boat. Anyone have any suggestions for which one to get? Anything I should know about features that are important/good? How much should I expect to pay?

I bought a new seat and pedestal for my Lund back in February. I went to the Bass Pro Shops web site and purchased the "Wise" Pro Stand/Lean seat and the "Springfield Taper-Lock" 25.5"-32.5" Power Pedestal.
I really like it. I can either adjust it so I can sit on it, or I raise it up, spin the seat around and lean against the concave side of the seat.
It was worth the "C" note that the seat and pedestal cost me. I feel alot more comfortable, and stable when running the bow troller with the new seat supporting me.
I think that you will want to purchase that taller pedestal like I did, I am 5'11" and that taller pedestal puts the top of the seat right at the top of my butt when I lean against it.
Just my 2 cents.
