Oil injection advice needed

I have a 45 hp mariner which came with a remote oil injection system I have recieved alot of opions on this system one marine place told me that they work real good never heard of any body having any problems and the next place told me to not use it and mix the gas he told me that he wouldn't take the chance . I removed the tank and mixed my gas for the last 2 years I would like to hook it up again if i here any good things it would be alot nicer then mixing all the time .

IMO it is a very unreliable system. I have seen a handfull fail and always recomend removing them. Mush easier to mix your gas then replace a powerhead.
