Where are the walleye at this time of the year

What tipe of structure are are the Walleye in right now at this time of the year. Also being it is not a normal year.

For me most years I will slow down on my ice fishing thru the doldroms of January, then I start to go after walleyes again after the first of February. By early February the weeds have died back and the walleyes move back onto the more traditional sand, rocks and point type structure. Also it seems as the days get longer they get more active as they are getting closer to spawn, I've even done pretty good on sunny warm afternoons. At least thats been my rationale. Anyways I catch more walleyes in February and more bigger fish than I do in January. And since they moved the season back a bit it just gets better.
