I have a question on a portable.

I was going to get the Quick Flip III, until my wife said that she wanted me to get something with a full floor, so I got the Lodge instead. Pulling the sled would have been easier, but I gotta keep the boss happy if I want to keep using my toys.

My son-in-law and daughter have one and they love it. Even with all of their equipment and their 3 year old riding on top it's a easy pull.

My next purchase will be a flasher - trhen I will be saving my pennys for a solo or 2 man flip over for when the wife, kids or grandkids don't want to go along. The only problem is I'll have to get a 4th stall added to my garage to get all of my toys in it!

I have never owned anything from Eskimo, but my buddy has and he is glad that he bought their product.

You get everything wrapped up into one price with the Eskimo vs. other products on the market.

What is nice with the QuickFlip III is that you are able to put everything you own right into the bottom of the sled and you are on your way. If you are going to be using a sled or 4wheeler, purchase their hitch and away you'll be.

Eskimo's product in my mind is as good as anything else on the market.

I was doing a little research for you on price and I think $480 is the going rate for the Quickflip III.

WG31, I have a QF3 and I love it!! I am on my 3rd season w/ mine and no problems. Although I'll admit I due baby it a little. Hey I like my purchase to last.

Likes-Mine came with the two bucket seats. I do prefer this over the new bench seat style. I think the bench design is not as comfortable. I also can eliminate the weight of the second seat by removing it when I go by myself. It's very roomy and tall.

Dislikes-I can't say it is a dislike. I do wish that when in the back of the truck it would fit under the truxedo tonneau cover on the box. It would be nice to be able to go into a store and it not be so visible. Yes I could buy a topper but I do not like the topper look.

Otherwise they are a little heavy(it is a bigger unit). I am capable of loading and unloading it myself. Lean it against the tailgate and walk it in.

One feature I do like about the most current model is the removable velcro windows. If they crack or tear you can easily replace it. Mine does not have that feature.

I would recommend getting the hyfax kit for it to help minimize the sled from getting damaged.

I am not sure what they are avg selling for now but I had got mine at FF and they had a very good price on them unassembled and no cover.

Well, I got the house last night and went to fish on Phalen, and I could not be happier. Catching no fish was ok cause it was so roomy and comfy in the QFIII that it did not matter. There is a whole lot of room and the sled is very useful to haul thing out on the ice. Overall I would recommend it to anyone.
