How hard to replace lower unit seals?

I am leaking oil out of my lower unit. It is a 1993 25hp Merc Tiller. If I decide to tackle this myself what can I expect?

Shouldn't be too difficult. I would replace the impeller while you have it apart.

You will also need some special tools. The Merc manual will tell you what tools you need.......

It is not an easy job, especially without special tools. Be careful, and YES get a manual, try not to remove main propshaft, or the re-assembly will be a little tough.
