I saw that as well this morning. As I stated in other posts I think this will be the easy way for THompson to have Favre retire. I would be VERY, VERY surprised now if Farve comes back as he has said before he didn't want to learn a whole new offesive scheme with a new coach.

On a side note this should make things interesting in the NFC North next year as 3 teams will have new head coaches.
