I was wondering I use the lindy tazer for glowing my jigs, but have not really heard how long you should keep the light on them before you send it down and heard that you should reglow every 15 minutes? Any input. Thanks for the info ahead of time

Red glo is the toughest to keep lit. Purple glo is the toughest to charge. Blue glo lasts forever and a day it seems and your standard old eerie green glow is, well, green glow and it's lasting qualities will vary by maker. The chartreuse glo, green glo, pink glo and orange glo fall somewhere between the red glo and the regular old glow.

Ten seconds for most colors will do the trick. The purple glow will almost require a camera flash. Since purple glow is one of my favorite, the flash is in the bag instead of the little lights. I think a good average for re-charge times is red, orange, and purple about every 15 minutes....maybe twentyfive on the purple. The other colors about once every half hour or so.

Keeping or getting the lure warm before hitting it with the light helps to get the charge a bit deeper too.

I've found that the warmer the lure is, the longer the charge holds. The lighter the glow color, the longer the charge will hold. I usually charge it every other time and I also use a flasher w/ 10 LED's in it. This put off on heck of a charge into the lure. Good luck!
