Sportland_Bait
I've heard that there are some decent Gills and Crappies in Lynn. What is the scoop on Lynn? Is it an easy lake to fish for crappies and gills in the winter? What kind of structure or areas should a guy check out? We stayed at Lynn Lake Lodge during the duck season and we saw they had some big fish hanging on the walls.Jason Erlandson
Tyler Holm
I think the guys that do well on crappies fishing in or around the trees. I also think its common to catch them while fishing your favorite walleye spot. There is a lot of structure in that lake (trees, islands, rocks etc...) and lots of places for fish to hang. If you find one of these spots, you might be in luck. Lynn Lake has always gotton the best of me. I get humbled just about everytime I go there. It's always one of those (you should have been here yesterdays) for me. I did catch a 18" tagged walleye from there a few years back. That was my only fish, but our group did well. Jigging Rapalas were the ticket that day.
Bigcat1
it can be a tough lake to fish- i know some guys who have done ok-but they sat faithfully allll day to get their fish. the lake has a ton of shrimp in it which i think makes it a tough bite.
