It is looking like the Pettys are serious about turning their teams around. First they tab Loomis to V.P. of Operations, then sign on arguably one of the 10 best current drivers in the sport with Labonte and now Parrott to be Labonte's crew chief.

This may be the Org. that has made the biggest gains during the off season thus far.
