Doonbuggy
A buddy of mine and his wife are looking at used Tahoes and Expeditions. Based on their budget it looks like 2000 models are what they'll be looking at.I'd appreciate any pros and cons on these two vehicles. Thank you.DB
0 Fisher Dave
Here comes the Ford/Chevy preference debate again...I cant say anything about the expedition .. I dont have one, or know anyone who has had one...Suburbans... I have had several, and my family alike. All I can say is; you can tow just about anything, very reliable, good mileage(15-19 depending on load), tons of power, great interior design, and very comfortable ride. The Suburban that is in the family now is a 96 that just turned 145,000... the only maintenece it has required is oil changes and a burnt out tail light. 0 IFallsRon
My 98 suburban is running strong at 114,000. There's better deals on 98s and 99s now. They're better rigs and don't have the problems that haven't been fixed with 00-04 models (see my post here)http://FishingMinnesota.com/ubb/Forum43/HTML/001906.html
