Where to find Merc shift handle relocator kit?

I have a 1996 Mariner 100 horse tiller. I am looking for one of the kits to extend the shift hanle up to the end of the tiller handle. I have only found one and it was $189 there should be something a little cheaper I would think. Thanks in advance for your help.
