Hustler Props?

Guest

Question

Does anyone have input on Hustler Props. A dealer told my father inlaw that he should put one on his 115 4-stroke Merc to increase his top end speed by 10 MPH and improve the hole shot. They told him this could be achieved with the same size and pitched prop which can be bought for about $100. Does anyone have any comments on this? Fact or fiction? It seems to me like a cheap fix or fib to a common 4-stroke problem.

type of boat
current prop size and sst or alum

I don't know about that, All I know is I HAVE a 3 Blade Hustler Prop and I Love it!

Top end in my 150 Vmax is 64mph and I have great hole shot. Now whether they are better than the others I don't know. Well have a nice day.
