Well, filled my second tag this morning. One yearling doe, one fat fork buck.

But three weekends and two weeks just isn't long enough. I think next year it'll be the all-season license for me. Not only can a guy get three deer in a managed unit (which is where I hunt), but the season lasts four months between bow, gun and muzzleloader, and that's WAY more like it.

Still one more rifle weekend in wisconsin. Grab a hotel and get your butt in the woods

I've done the Wisconsin thing, and loved it. Got a big pack of rellies in LaCrosse. But we've got other family coming up for Thanksgiving, so I'll be marooned in the house.
