Rack for carryig Sport Boat

Don't know if this belongs here but I am looking for some plans on how to build a rack for my 16 foot v fishing boat to be able to carry a sport boat while going across the water. Any help would be appreciated.

Take a look at ladder racks on construction guy's trucks. You could probably modify something like that to fit in oar locks.

I've seen them made with 3/4" water pipe and elbows. Thread a 1" dia nipple into a flange and mount it on the bench seat. Your 3/4" frame slides into the 1" nipple and gets pined for easy removal.
