Cracked Boat - Motor Mount

I took my motor off and found the back of the boat where the motor clamps on is cracked. Below are pictures. Can I get this welded or should I reinforce the back a little better. The motor is a 15 Hp. Also the back is bent slightly but this could have been this way with many years of use. Should I be alarmed? What do you think I should do?

This can be easily welded at any shop who can weld aluminum. You may wish to have reenforcement plate welded in. Try a prop repair shop because they see lots of boats.
