Lake of the Woods 1ft Contours

WalleyeSnob

Question

I was at a sports show recently and the boys from Reed's told me that Navionics came out with an mmc card for Lake of the Woods in 1 ft increments. Navionics does have an mmc card for LOW but it is terrible. It can't be better than 5 ft increments and is missing a lot of structure.
I was wondering if anyone knew of when the Lake of the woods 1 ft increments mmc cards were coming out. I am dying to get one, but i hear so many different reports on if they already exhist or not. Does anyone know forsure??

I think what you are looking for is included in their Great Lakes maps series. Cabela's calls it the Navionics XL Charts MMC Format.

You need the Lake Superior map and it includes Rainey Lake and Lake of the Woods. Weird that the matched those bodies of water, but I think that is what you are looking for. That or go to the Navionics site itself.

How do you tell what foot increments these maps are in. THe navionics HSOforum doesnt seem to have very clear info.if the lake of the woods mmc card came in 1 ft increments i would be all over it but i saw one at the sportsman show that couldnt be better than 5 and it was missing most everything on the lake.
