nluchau
I am looking for a better single burner sunflower type heater. Currently I have a Paulin sunflower from Scheels. Its a 6000 to 14000 btu. I have noticed on really cold days with my Clam 5600 it struggles to keep the house hot on high, which I think it should be fully capable of doing. I am looking for a specific one that is similiar to a sunflower but I think its square not round. It may also have an ingition button on it too. I cant remember the brand name of this heater either. I know while its on low it will heat a 6x8 with no problems in the very cold weather. Any help is appreciated in finding this heater. It also fits on the top of a 20 lb propane tank just like the Sunflower heaters.
fishin789
Mr Heater makes a rectangle twin burner tank top unit.8,000-28,000 BTU with ignitor.
nluchau
Thanks for the reply fishin789. I should of mentioned I already own that one. Its alittle too wide for the small house I have. The one I am looking for (god I wish I knew the name) is about half the size of the double burner one. The center that gets really hot seemed to be rectangle too. Does anyone else know which heater I am talking about. They have been out for a while now not just this year
shorefisher
It is made by Coleman. But I do not think they still make them. They are a great heater they seem to through the heat out. I am sure it is the heater you are thinking about as it is the only rectangle single burner with a push button starter I have seen.

nluchau
I did finally find the one I was looking for. Look at the price though. http://www.giftwarehouse.com/5017a751.htmlAnyone know if they sell them locally anywhere. I am from Fargo. Thanks in advance
hanson
That heater better kick out the heat for that price.I'll stick with my Mr. Heater sunflower head. If I really needed the heat, I could buy 2 Mr. Heater sunflowers and still have money left over for a propane tank for the cost of one of those Colemans.
