HEllo i am going up to devils this week and i wanted to know hoe are the ducks and geese doing??

Duck numbers are still very high and the snow geese are just starting to make their way here. Temps this week are supposed to start dropping and this should help to bring more birds down. Hunting pressure has moved most of the ducks to the larger water and the birds are traveling farther to feed. Put some time in scouting and you wont have any problem getting your birds. If you plan on hunting Devils Lake itself, Pelican Lake is holding large amounts of ducks. Most locals dont hunt from boats so these areas dont see a lot of pressure. Good Luck!

Lots of snows and blues are in the area now. There are large numbers of ducks hanging around all over.
