goodyy7
What a day to be on the water in central Iowa!!! Barely a breeze, not a cloud in the sky, air temps in the mid 70's, water temps in the low to mid 60's. Fished Big Creek with my dad and got quite the mixed bag of fish with a 50+ fish day. Got walleye, largemouth, yellow perch, gills, crappie, drum, and white bass. NOt much size to anything other than one really fat 11" perch and a few hoss gills. Fish were relating to deeper structure near the creek channel or deeper water. Best bite was jigging, but managed a few slow trolling bottom bouncers. What a great day to be on the water!!!! goody
