Mankato Area Pheasant Hunting

How is the pheasant hunting around the Mankato area. I just moved to the area and I do not know any locations or have any leads for farmers to ask.

If anyone in the area has the same problem of being new to the area or are looking for new hunting buddies please send me a message.

There are alot of wma around mankato with alot of birds in them. Just drive around or buy a map of public hunting land and you will have some good shootin.

Thanks for the help, I will have to get the map of the WMA's close to Mankato. I have seen a lot of birds in the morning coming out to grit. Sounds like this will be a good year for pheasant.
