Questions- Sorry theres alot of them, trying to sell dad on buying a house.

Is/was the insulation improved ever? I would think that one 30000 btu heater would keep it warm enough?

Do the propane tanks come with the house?

Stove works?

How would a TV hook up, 12 volt adapter or do you need an inverter, basically is it wired in for 12v with a few outlets/adapter sockets?

Where is house located at?

And is the trailer licensed or does it even need to be??

Did you sit on chairs to fish or do the bunks act as a seating place to fish from?

U still have the house i am from mankato i could come see it.

Insulation in the roof has been replaced and there is 2in of faom in the floor.

Propane tanks go with the house.

Stove works good.

House is wired for 12v.

It is located in Geneva MN.

No licence needed on trailer.

Chairs are used to sit on to fish.
