0 Gissert
I prefer the Otter. The tub is much thicker and durable than the Fish Trap tub.
0 rap
I have a fish trap guide and have seen the voyagers. I really like my trap. the tarp is very strong, u can cut a hole in it and pull as hard as you want on the fabric and it won't rip. I like the shallow sled also, goes through the snow easier than the deep tub sleds. deeper sleds really don't have an advantage in my view, u can fit just as much stuff in a shallow sled, unless you plan on just not organizing anything and piling stuff up in a deeeper sled. i have used my trap for two years hauling it on and off the lake and my sled has held up great...i've never seen a 3 man otter, seems like every portable you see here are traps and a few frabills.. 0 slick2526
Otters are nice. The sled in thoose are about the best of any. I cant say the same for the fabric though. I dont know much about the fish traps and really dont want to Never rule out the frabill ranger tri-plex 3 man house. The fabric on thoose are the best out of any. 0 fishin
I just bought a new fish trap guide yesterday. I took it out fishing last night and so far I really like it. It's light and pulls through the snow really easy, easier than I thought it would. The only thing I am wondering about is, the support pole that is at the top of the zip-out door covers the upper portion of the windows. Does anybody know if it's supposed to be like this? Also that rear adjustable support pole, I don't understand why you need that because I already have enough tension in the rear. The trap seemed to be fine without it in.
