minnow seine

Does anyone know where I can buy a seine for minnows, also does anyone know how much they cost?

Fleet farm carries them also Gander, and Reeds. A 20 footer goes for around 20$, if I remember right. You will also need some poles, old tent poles work good as do old hockey sticks.

The best nets around are made by Christianson Nets in Duluth. I and several friends use them for seigning smelt on the shores in Duluth. Lots of $ but worth every cent.

I agree with Northlander. After pulling seines alongside someone that does have a christianson net I can endorse the product. We were out-hauled by our neighors every pull while dragging a standard 25' foot seine.
