You may want to try the auto parts houses such as Champion Auto and Checker. A 5 hole pattern is a 5 hole pattern. It does not matter if it is a Shorelander trailer hub or a hub from a old Hupmobile. Measure the spacing between each bolt (center of one bolt to the next bolt) and the diameter of the center hole. The guys/gal at the parts house should be able to fix you up. My past experience with Shorlander has been that a Ford wheel will fit

Any tire/wheel dealer can get you what you want.

Most trailers are 5x4.5" or 5x5.5" bolt pattern depending on load ratings. Those are the 2 most popular bolt patterns I can think of next to a 6 bolt Chevy. It is the same bolt pattern as old Fords and the Jeeps.

If you need to, bring in your trailer or maybe just its spare and the can measure it and get you what you need.
