securing a 100# propane tank to fishouse?

How do you guys secure a larger tank to a trailerable fishouse. I am thinking of going with a big tank but am not sure how to secure it.

I saw a house last week where a guy had a two wheeler for cylinders welded to the tounge platform on his house.
Looks like a two wheeler with a "half moon" cylinder to support & carry the tanks.
Axle, wheels and handles were removed and the cart was welded right on to the tounge with a flat steel support behind it.
Cylinder case was lined with heavy rubber and he had a chain system up top and bottom to hold it in. Looked like a heavy duty bike chain with the chain covers on them.
Looked rather nice I must say
